Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Chef GreenBean, we believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and fair. Our goal is to ensure peace of mind for our hosts while respecting the time and efforts of our team. The following terms apply to all bookings and reservations made with Chef GreenBean.
 
1. Payment Terms
Price starts at $149+ per person. Price for services may vary based on your specific menu items and their current availability. The total cost will be agreed upon in advance. To confirm and secure your event date, a DEPOSIT payment is required at the time of booking. The remainder will be collected at the time of the service. 
Please note: 25%+ Gratuities are customary and are always appreciated for exceptional service.
 
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is structured to balance flexibility for our clients with fairness to Chef GreenBean and our team, who begin preparations well in advance of your event.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via our official Contact Us page or through direct email communication.

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event date
    ➤ 100% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made 5 to 6 days prior to the event date
    ➤ 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made 4 days or less prior to the event date
    ➤ No refund will be issued due to the advance planning, scheduling, and ingredient procurement already in progress.
     

3. Modifications and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Reschedule requests made fewer than 7 days in advance may be treated as cancellations and handled according to the above policy.

4. Special Requests and Questions

Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner. 


T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).
